About Pizzeria Delfina
Pizzeria Delfina was founded in 2005 by Annie and Craig Stoll. It was a long time dream of theirs to bring Neapolitan-inspired pizzas to San Francisco, and they opened the first Pizzeria Delfina in a space next door to the James Beard award-winning Delfina restaurant. The original restaurant was 600 square feet and was an instant neighborhood hotspot, even being called the “darling of the San Francisco food scene”. Since then, Pizzeria Delfina has opened four additional locations across the SF Bay area.
A family-owned business, Pizzeria Delfina is a neighborhood establishment through and through that continues to bring people together around fresh, handmade, delicious food in a warm, casual atmosphere. If your pizza arrives defrosted, put it in the freezer immediately until you’re ready to bake it. Do not defrost your pizza before baking.
- Position one of your oven racks so that it’s in the middle of the oven. Preheat oven to 450 degrees (if you have a convection oven, turn on the fan).
- Remove packaging, including cardboard liner and place the pizza directly on the wire oven rack.
- Bake for 7-10 minutes or until edge of crust is nicely browned, the center of the pie and all toppings are hot and cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven, Cut and serve. Buon Appetito!
